On the occasion of the exhibition Las Vegas Studio: Images from the Archives of Robert Venturi and Denise Scott Brown, MOCA presents a symposium investigating the history and legacy of the landmark 1972 publication Learning from Las Vegas with regard to architecture, artistic practice, and urbanism.
Panelists include Edward Dimendberg, associate professor of film and media studies, UC Irvine; Jeffery Inaba, INABA; and Cécile Whiting, professor of art history, UC Irvine. Organized and co-moderated by Cole Akers.
